The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the reinforcement, reimagining, and reenergizing of its product portfolio. The CPO will be responsible for developing and executing a product-centric annual operating plan, defining product strategy, and ensuring the product assortment is in line with market demands and brand heritage. This role requires a leader with a strong merchant mindset, capable of balancing innovation and productivity to drive profitable growth. The CPO will also be accountable for global alignment of commercial calendars with seasonal consumer demand and must have a proven track record of building, leading, and inspiring product teams.Candidates for the Chief Product Officer (CPO) position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading product teams, with a focus on growing brands. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, and an MBA is a plus. Experience in both hardgoods and softgoods consumer products, as well as in managing the mix between in-house manufacturing, sourcing, and licensing, is essential. The ideal CPO will have a global mindset, be adept at Go-To-Market dynamics, and be able to translate market trends into successful product strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are necessary, as is the ability to manage complex, matrixed environments and drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
