A growing company in the roofing and maintenance industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to establish and lead our new Miami branch. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to build a branch from the ground up, with a focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Development: Lead the launch and development of the Miami branch, ensuring all operational systems are in place and functioning efficiently
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including project management, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high performance
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
• Financial Management: Develop and manage the branch budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including networking, developing partnerships, and leveraging market insights to grow the branch’s client base
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company standards, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices

Qualification

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior managerial role, preferably in the roofing or maintenance industry
• Deep understanding of the Miami construction industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
• Excellent operational and financial management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
