Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist/Processor to oversee the daily operations of our communication lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail is a blessing and appreciated. Located in Five Points Area!!**

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed

-Answer emails, calls, texts from residents, prospects, and vendors alike, delegate to the proper source, Ex: Property Manager, accountant, maintenance team and rentals specialist.

- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants

**Experience: Pay would be a reflection of experience and skill!

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

-Should be able to handle a quick pace environment and be a quick-study!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
