Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management administration and contracts. - Utilize OneSite and Yardi or similar software for property management tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files related to residents, vendors, and the property
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy and meet leasing goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management administration
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs
- Proficiency in data entry and file management
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Understanding of leasing agreements and contract management
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
