- Acquire subcontractors' Certificates of Insurance
- Manage both paper and electronic filing systems for contracts
- Acquire specifications and establish electronic records in the accounting system
- Experience in service-oriented industries within the construction/manufacturing sector required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with CF Data Construction is advantageous
