Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reinforcing Steel Construction Sales /Estimator to join our team. As a Reinforcing Steel Construction Sales / Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project plans, conducting cost estimates, and providing accurate pricing for construction projects. This is a crucial role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Conduct detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals to clients
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget
- Provide ongoing support to project teams by reviewing change orders and assisting with cost management
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricing to ensure accurate estimates

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a focus on technical sales in the construction industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the construction field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,325.69 - $84,693.30 per year
