Currently recruiting for a Corporate Accounts Manager position in Boca Raton.
This is NOT a sales role. The ideal candidate will proactively anticipate client needs and pursue opportunities to exceed expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Account Management: Oversee all corporate accounts across the US, fostering and expanding relationships. Establish productive, professional relationships with corporate liaisons, ensuring proactive, timely, and consistent communication.
Client Needs Anticipation: Resolve account issues by investigating challenges, developing solutions, collaborating with internal departments, and overseeing follow-up efforts.
Plan Development and Execution: Create and implement rollout and renewal plans for clients to achieve high utilization rates through direct communication with corporate liaisons and eligible participants.
Presentations and Meetings: Develop, customize, and conduct seminars, presentations, and meetings with existing and prospective corporate account liaisons or members.
Reporting and Engagement: Compile eligibility, participation, and budget reports for corporate account liaisons regularly, developing plans to drive engagement.
Growth Strategy: Define growth strategy through analysis and interpretation of sales and utilization reports, along with competitive intelligence research.
Referral Generation: Generate referrals from existing clients and support the Executive Director, Business Development, in signing new corporate accounts.
Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
