As a Cultivation Room Host, you will be responsible for helping manage the maintenance of all plants and cultivars within specified rooms to company standards. You will oversee all aspects of the flowering process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

● Monitor plant health and development, including watering, feeding, and pest management.

● Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cultivation processes.

● Maintain accurate records of plant health, growth, and environmental conditions.

● Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your cultivation rooms.

● Train and mentor cultivation staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

● Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

● Perform regular quality control checks and address any issues promptly.

● Stay informed about industry trends, new cultivation techniques, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation, with a focus on indoor growing.

● Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

● Strong knowledge of cannabis plant biology and cultivation techniques.

● Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cultivation issues.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
