*Job Summary*

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and our employees in a professional manner.

*Responsibilities*

- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues

- Utilize computerized systems to track, and gather information.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy towards customers at all times

*Requirements*

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

-Must be profecient at multitasking without mistakes

-Must be able to learn in a fast pace work enviroment

-Strong listening and memory skills

-Strong work ethics

- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual)

- Strong client services orientation with the ability to analyze customer needs

- Experience in outbound calling is preferred

- Experienced and comfortable with computerized systems and office applications

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
