- Take orders over the phone while upselling new products.*This is NOT cold calling; these are existing customers.*Enter new orders into Order Entry system.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients; order tracking, problem solving, arrange emergency deliveries, etc.*Maintain / update existing spreadsheets as needed.
Must have 5 years of telephone customer service! This is a 30-hour a week position (M-F, 9am-2pm). $20 / hr to start; $21 after 3 months
