Robert Half is working on a targeted search for their client who is seeking a Customer Services Specialist to join their growing team,

This is a great opportunity to join a stable growing company with a supportive team environment.

The position is 5 days on site 7.30am to 4.30pm.

The primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and facilitating the successful renewal of existing client contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and goals.

Contract Administration:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of service contracts, from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure contracts are executed efficiently and according to agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Customer Support:

  • Provide prompt and effective customer support, including responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure clients' needs are met.

Contract Renewals:

  • Identify opportunities for contract renewals and upselling additional services.
  • Work proactively to secure contract renewals and negotiate terms as necessary.

Communication:

  • Communicate contract updates, changes, and service-related information to clients.
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of ongoing projects or service requests.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed.

The successful candidate will be able to think quickly and provide excellent communication, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service, leading to long-term partnerships and revenue growth. This position requires a combination of relationship-building, contract management, and problem-solving skills to excel in the role.
