• A Sales Director, is the leader of the variable operations of the store. The individual overseas sales, finance, lead handoff from the BDC, and any other duties that lead to increased sales and profitability.
• Expectations:
• Lead your staff (this includes but is not limited to: motivating, training, aiding, and providing whatever support your staff needs to be successful) take care of the employees, the customers, inventory, and the business.

• Set Schedule: Monitor the permanent schedule for the entire staff (set it out a month in advance, with management company/GM approval)
• Lot Walk: Walk the lot to check vehicles and ensure the lot is in outstanding condition
• 1 on 1’s: 1 on 1’s monthly staff reviews to go over:
• Goals
• Closing ratios
• 2 Appointments Set Per Day (Sales)
• Lead Count, Lead to Set
• 8 Appointments Set Per Day (BDC)
• Online Training (1 hour per week minimum)
• Proper tracking of CRM & logbook (100% participation)
• Overall performance
• Reporting
• Ensure Checklist is completed daily
• Ensure all showroom visits in the CRM are logged, started, and ended (updated with a completed status and proper notes).
• Finance Department:
• Ensure they leave notes inside the appropriate funding login as well so we have a track record.
• We make sure every vehicle is signed out same-day or next day and has all stipulations in within 24 hours (includes, but is not limited to: proof of income, proof of residence)
• Track CITs progress to ensure funding in under 4 days
• Update sales summary daily
• Ensure that Finance Manager maximizes profitability on every car deal (Minimum $2,500 PVR)
• Monthly reviews with ATN Performance Manager, setting mutual goals and requesting support for the next month in targeted areas, as needed

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
