Established, privately owned practice in Federal Way with a loyal long-term patient base is seeking an experienced dental receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Answer busy phone lines.
• Fill the schedule by making appointments over-the-phone, in-person, online, and by contacting overdue patients.
• Make daily confirmation calls.
• Pull patient insurance benefits and estimate coverage.
• Present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Call patients overdue for regular care.
• Follow-up with patients needing to schedule dental treatment.
• Collect patient co-pays.
• Respond to general inquires.
• Other general front office duties.

Qualifications:

• 1 year dental office experience REQUIRED: If your resume does not show proof of dental experience, it will not be evaluated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
