The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (Deputy CISO) & Senior Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be a high-energy, driven, and results-oriented leader with a strong background in cybersecurity. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing critical aspects of the company's cybersecurity program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its technology, digital, and information assets. The Deputy CISO will be responsible for security strategy and planning, cyber security operations management, incident response, business resiliency, and business line security. They will also lead commercial cyber services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Applicants for the Deputy CISO position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, and hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or their equivalents. A minimum of 15 years' experience in information security, with a focus on security operations, risk management, and compliance, is required. The role demands a proven track record in leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts.
