Dining Room Supervisor/Assistant Managers are hands-on professionals, actively involved in day-to-day operations. Flexibility is essential, as they may be required to cover service or bar shifts throughout the week. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling cash deposits, and providing unwavering support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead the service staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Actively participate in day-to-day operations, covering service or bar shifts as needed.
· Manage cash deposits and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
· Contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
· Work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to assist in various aspects of restaurant management.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in full-service restaurants, with proficiency in serving and tending bar.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
· Ability to cover various shifts and adapt to changing operational needs.
· A positive and team-oriented approach to work.
