About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director for Enterprise Technical Advisory, a key leadership role within the post-sales customer success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global team of Enterprise Technical Advisors, serving as a coach and mentor, and formulating strategies to ensure customer onboarding, adoption, and retention. This role is pivotal in driving the overall strategy for post-sales success, including the creation of programs that drive product adoption and usage to deliver significant business outcomes. The Director will also be the voice of the customer, identifying their needs and advocating for change internally with Engineering and Product teams.Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 5 years' experience leading post-sales customer success teams in a recurring-revenue SaaS environment with a focus on retention and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing playbooks and strategies for customer success, as well as direct experience leading a team that works with technical products and buyers. The role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader who can build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and is aligned with the company's values and mission. The Director will be expected to take ownership of the team, innovate, and drive results in terms of revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
