3. Transaction Management: Lead the accounting and financial aspects of the transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture activities, maintaining the utmost discretion at all times.

4. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce the risk of financial misstatements.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a confidential liaison with key stakeholders, engaging in strategic discussions to elevate the level of financial services provided by the team.

6. Talent Development: Develop and implement personalized development plans for team members, monitoring performance and providing guidance to ensure individual and team success.

7. Audit Preparedness: Field and resolve inquiries from management and internal/external auditors, ensuring compliance with protocols.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years in financial/accounting operations in the Real Estate Business

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

- Familiarity with IFRS.

- Experience with specialized financial software.
