About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a multi-channel lead generation engine and B2B content strategy. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as a thought leader within the target market and driving sales-qualified opportunities. The Director of Demand Generation will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to own direct sales revenue growth, develop a B2B lead-generation engine, and execute a long-term content strategy. The ideal candidate should be data-obsessed, customer-centric, and capable of connecting their actions to the overall company goals.Applicants must have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience directly impacting revenue growth through lead generation. A creative and strategic thinker with expertise in content strategy, organic growth, and digital marketing, including SEO, lead nurturing, and retargeting, is essential. Experience in the health benefits space or selling to small businesses is a plus. The role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of funnel optimization, and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems, with familiarity with Hubspot being advantageous. The Director of Demand Generation at the company should be self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to driving projects forward in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
