Relocate to a mid-size town and be the Director of HR for a grain-processing company with 3 locations. All the regular HR duties including recruitment, compliance, and risk management, as well as managing a small staff.
Pay is up to $118,000. Paid relocation. Full benefits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field is required.
7 years of experience in generalist roles, demonstrating growth and leadership in HR Management.
Experience with evaluating operations and procedures and recommending policy and procedure changes relating to HR management.
Working knowledge of all applicable employment laws, regulations, and sound business practices.
Experience in the administration of salary and benefit programs.
Ability to motivate teams to achieve the highest levels of performance.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Ability to assess training and development needs and provide recommendations to management.
Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
