About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of IT with a strong background in the staffing industry to lead its IT function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving the organizational vision, strategy, and implementation of IT infrastructure, new technologies, and services to support the company's continuous growth. This role requires a hands-on approach, including the management of system implementations, the recommendation and implementation of security measures, and the ability to provide strategic vision to build a robust IT program. The Director of IT will also be involved in creating and customizing technology systems for optimized performance, establishing and maintaining partnerships with key technology vendors, and collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects that align with organizational goals.Applicants must have a minimum of 7-10 years' of experience in the staffing industry, with at least 7 years' in an IT leadership role. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in project management, organizational change management, and successful implementation of critical systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a national remote workforce and ensure the security and productivity of IT operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of IT applications and tools, including MS365, Salesforce, and Bullhorn, and must be a champion of enterprise information security and risk management. The role also requires an individual who can lead and mentor IT team members, and who is adept at process optimization and building partnerships to meet shared objectives.
