About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Processor Sales for Prepaid Cards to join their dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in the growth and success of the business, with a focus on identifying and securing prepaid issuer processor deals, particularly targeting mid-to-large size opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a profound understanding of the prepaid and debit solutions, generating leads, crafting compelling sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. They should have a strong track record in B2B sales, ideally in FinTech, banking, or other card issuing solutions, and be capable of managing a team to exceed sales targets.The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of B2B sales experience and 2-3 years of managing a team, with a proven record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas. They should be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to function in a "Player/Coach" capacity. Experience in a high-growth startup environment and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong skills in managing the full sales cycle, and the ability to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans. The Director of Processor Sales will also be expected to be highly collaborative, nurturing strong customer relationships, and providing valuable market insights to contribute to the company's strategic initiatives.
