The Company is seeking a Director of Product Management to oversee and drive the development of product and payment fraud prevention initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the product strategy and roadmap, leading the product team in feature definition and development, and ensuring the delivery of product value to customers. Key responsibilities for the Director of Product Management include creating and maintaining the product vision and roadmap, managing the product team to meet commitments, developing and managing the product strategy across the payments ecosystem, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the product meets their needs. The role also involves defining and managing product OKRs, performance metrics, and overseeing product quality, particularly in the areas of chargeback management, reversals, and payment fraud prevention.Applicants for the Director of Product Management position should have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in product management, with a focus on fraud, payments, or related fields. A deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and customer needs is essential, as well as strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong technical aptitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
