Director of Sales
Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand the entity's reach
locally and beyond. Your expertise in sales and customer engagement will be key in developing
and executing strategies to increase attendance, memberships, and enhance the visitor
experience.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive ticket sales, group
bookings, and memberships.
• Audience Engagement: Create initiatives to engage current visitors and attract new
ones.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and
organizations to boost visitor traffic.
• Revenue Optimization: Analyze sales data to optimize revenue through pricing and
promotions.
• Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget to achieve strategic goals.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with
business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in high-traffic venues within
arts, entertainment, hospitality, or tourism.
