Confidential is Hiring a Director Operations Center Near East Hartford, CT

The Center Operations Director (COD) is responsible for ensuring an optimal level of care and customer service is delivered to all customers. The COD leads and manages all center support staff and oversees the daily operations of the clinical facility. The COD is also responsible for coordinating center activities, general facility management, overseeing patient flow throughout the center, and supporting the therapy providers in the delivery of patient care via scheduling and support. Daily interaction with colleagues and patients is required through hands-on center activity including patient registration, check-out and patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Integration - Lead the intake process and integrate new clients and their families into the center. Ensure insurance approvals are completed and authorizations are up-to-date. Maintain high levels of client and family satisfaction and accountability.
  • Operational Leadership - Foster a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by embodying the company's mission, vision, and values. Oversee daily center operations, including staff recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy compliance, cultural stewardship, and training. Collaborate with support departments to resolve employee issues.
  • Growth and Outreach - Build and sustain relationships with referral partners such as clinical/child psychologists, LCSWs, PCPs, and neurologists. Partner with the Client Experience and Marketing teams to create a referral pipeline and set goals that align with growth projections.
  • Financial Management - Ensure the financial and operational success of the center. Oversee the annual budget and forecast needs, identify obstacles to achieving budget goals, implement action plans, process client invoices, and make informed business decisions based on data analysis and cost management.
  • Staff Coordination - Develop and maintain the center's staffing schedule within the scheduling system. Assign caseloads and room assignments to team members to meet target impact hours, ensure hours are recorded promptly, and manage attendance expectations.
  • Facility Management - Oversee the opening and closing of the center, ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, manage vendor contracts (e.g., cleaning, HVAC, water, pest control), and verify that all equipment is safe and functioning correctly for clients.

Compensation: Up to $70,000 bonus
