About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Operations & Strategy to join their leadership team. This role is pivotal in providing critical support and insight to the strategic decision-making process, essentially acting as a de facto chief of staff to the President. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional strategic and operational projects, ensuring the maintenance of core values and a collaborative environment, and managing day-to-day activities in support of strategic goals. A key aspect of the role is to build team systems and processes to drive operational strategy across departments and geographies, in line with the company's goal to provide best-in-class supply chain visibility and orchestration.Applicants for this role at The Company should have a BS degree, with an MBA preferred, from a leading institution, and a strong academic background in a quantitative discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience with a successful track record in setting priorities and ensuring strategic execution, ideally within a tech environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a highly analytical, data-driven approach, and excel in organizational problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to operate in high-pressure environments with a focus on detail. A passion for technology, integrity, and the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment are also essential.
