About the Role
The Company is seeking a Divisional Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products through a specific financial services partner, covering a designated territory. This role involves extensive travel within the territory to conduct office presentations, one-on-one meetings with registered representatives, and participation in various sponsored meetings and training sessions. The Divisional Vice President will be expected to maximize territory performance, increase sales, and develop and implement a strategic territorial plan. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both external partners and internal wholesaling teams is a key aspect of the position.Applicants must have a proven aptitude in financial services or related experience, with at least 3 years of successful outside sales experience managing a territory and meeting sales quotas. The role requires an adept public speaker with a FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 license in good standing, as well as a Life and Health insurance license. The ideal candidate will be able to establish themselves as a product line and industry expert, and will be committed to developing a professional selling process. A BA/BS or equivalent work experience is also a necessary qualification.
