One of our most successful clients in the Houston area has an immediate full-time opening for a Business Management Trainee. In the role of Business Management Trainee, individuals operate at the forefront of customer acquisition for their clients within the local community. This role will focus on generating exposure and revenue for charitable organizations and be the face of their brands within the community.

As a Business Management Trainee, individuals will undergo training on all aspects of their client services and retail offerings tailored to meet market needs. No prior experience is necessary; their process includes hands-on training to ensure a comprehensive understanding at an individual level.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Management Trainee:

• Engage with members of the community during on-site fundraising campaigns to generate exposure and revenue for their non-profit clients.
• Address any customer questions or concerns as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all donations.
• Learn self-management of customer leads and reporting to enhance skills.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Develop personal performance indicators, with the assistance of senior team members, based on individual goals.

Business Management Trainee Requirements:

• Availability for a full-time work schedule.
• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Focused on growth and development.
• Willingness to travel, both locally and nationally, as per needs with adequate notice.
• Preferably, 1-2 years of prior sales or customer service experience, though not mandatory.

Scheduled: Monday-Friday optional Saturday hours

Pay: Based off performance upon completion of training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $650.00 - $1,000.00 per week
