This pivotal role encompasses comprehensive management of multiple estates a private yacht and plane, requiring hands-on coordination with staff and vendors. The ideal candidate has a substantial background managing the day-to-day operations of several properties, in addition to having excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sudden changes and requests with ease.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Travel domestically/internationally as needed to visit each of the properties.
• Oversight of household operations, including strategic planning, execution of estate projects and financial management.
• Leadership and development of the household team, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained.
• Sophisticated event planning, from intimate family gatherings to large-scale social events.
• Management of personal affairs including maintenance/operation of a private plane and yacht, organizing travel arrangements, personal shopping, and lifestyle management.
• Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality in the household
