About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) Strategy, who will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated end-to-end strategy as part of the Therapeutic Area Strategy. The role involves applying pre-clinical and clinical understanding of ADCs to ensure the company remains a leader in this field, integrating ADC strategy with specific tumor strategies, and contributing to the development of an integrated clinical strategy across all ADC assets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Competitive Intelligence on emerging science and technology, and help drive and integrate above-asset initiatives and strategies, such as Translational Medicine, Precision Medicine, Data Sciences, and Artificial Intelligence. They will also be expected to develop a clear strategic framework to guide teams through complex strategies and lead cross-functional teams in the development of content.Candidates for this position should have a BA/BS with 10 years of experience, an MS/MBA with 8 years of experience, or a Ph.D. or MD with 5 years of experience in life sciences or a consulting firm with a focus on life science programs. The role requires the ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior executive teams, lead and influence experienced professionals, think critically and creatively, and navigate a fast-paced, highly-matrixed work environment. Preferred qualifications include strong analytical and communication skills, effective interpersonal and relationship management skills, operational effectiveness, a financial background, and experience in strategic planning processes. A scientific background and understanding of the pharmaceutical business, including R&D, are also highly desirable.
