About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director and Chief Accounting Officer to join their global aftermarket segment. The successful candidate will be a key executive with the critical responsibility of overseeing and managing the financial accounting function. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic financial management. The Chief Accounting Officer will lead a global accounting team, collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies, and provide strong oversight of accounting and financial reporting to deliver best-in-class results. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, a CPA qualification, and extensive experience in a controller or similar leadership role within a multinational organization. A strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles, global market dynamics, and experience with ERP systems is essential. The role requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, and strong leadership and relationship-building experience. The Chief Accounting Officer will also be responsible for talent management, process improvement, and will be the primary liaison with external auditors. Experience with OneStream is highly desirable.
