About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinical and Medical Affairs. The successful candidate will be a strategic problem solver with a passion for driving business results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in leading all clinical and medical activities for the company's products, with a focus on clinical trial execution, medical affairs planning, and providing medical leadership across multiple settings. The Executive Director will also be responsible for medical safety oversight, participating in regulatory discussions, and engaging in business development to secure new partnerships.Applicants must have an M.D. degree, preferably with post-graduate, broad-based specialty training, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience. A strong background in clinical practice, extensive networks in a relevant therapeutic area, and a deep understanding of FDA and EMA regulations are essential. The role requires a proven track record in leading high-performance teams, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to think creatively to capitalize on business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory submissions, be a safety lead for commercial products, and be adept at representing the company both internally and externally in the scientific community.
