About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinical Development within the Breast Franchise. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the development of early and late-phase clinical strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of clinical development goals in collaboration with various internal and external partners. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or relevant academic settings, with an advanced degree (MD or equivalent) and subspecialty training in hematology/oncology. The Executive Director will be responsible for clinical oversight of studies and programs, leading regulatory submissions, and supporting various functions with clinical science information for regulatory processes.As a leader in the organization, the incumbent will be deeply involved in asset and disease strategy and will play a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the clinical development team. The role demands a strategic thinker who can identify and address organizational resource needs, and a mentor who can build and develop high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, clinical development expertise, and the ability to integrate strong science into commercially viable products. They must also demonstrate the company's global competencies, including fostering teamwork, providing and soliciting honest feedback, and being results-oriented.
