About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Employee Relations to lead the employee relations function within the Community Division and Enterprise Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, overseeing a team of employee relations professionals, and proactively managing the employee relations teams. This role involves coaching and leading the team in handling complex employee and labor relations issues, conducting investigations, and using data to measure performance and develop training programs. The Executive Director will also be the primary manager of the internal centralized accommodations process and will work closely with HR Directors to enhance the skills of HR business partners in the area of employee relations.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree and HR certification preferred. A minimum of 7 years of HR business partner experience, including 5-7 years in a management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of deep employee relations experience, with a background in strategic business partnering and change management. Experience in labor relations, union campaigns, and the healthcare industry is also desirable. The role demands a leader with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize work, and who can develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees. The Executive Director will be expected to manage a large team, lead special projects, and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and legislation.
