About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Market Access with a focus on GPOs, trade, distribution, and reimbursement services. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading the commercial organization's GPO account team, field access support team, and distribution and channel strategy. The Executive Director will also work cross-functionally to align and execute channel and distribution strategy, support commercial launch, and facilitate growth plans.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 15 years' experience in biotech/pharma or related fields, with a minimum of ten years directly related to 3PL, specialty distribution, GPOs, and reimbursement services. Experience in negotiating and managing wholesaler and specialty distribution services agreements is essential, and a background in the distribution of oncology therapeutic products is highly desired. The role requires advanced analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance indicators for distribution and channel services, and a strong customer orientation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing senior teams, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
