About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Auxiliary Services to provide strategic leadership and oversight of various revenue-generating units that support student life and academic activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of auxiliary service functions, including campus dining, parking and transportation, bookstore services, and student center operations. Emphasis is placed on promoting these services to the campus community, coordinating budget development, and monitoring revenue and expenses. The role also involves managing complex sourcing and procurement projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful implementation of various initiatives. The Executive Director will work to maximize service opportunities, improve student retention, and enhance the overall student experience.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and 5 - 10 years' of experience in managing high-volume enterprises. Experience in a higher education environment is also preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have a strong orientation for results, and be committed to diversity and organizational change. Supervisory experience is necessary, and the candidate should be able to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
