About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Enterprise Applications with a strong passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, structured, and change-oriented leader with a proven track record in growing revenue and reducing costs through the identification, design, and implementation of complex, enterprise-wide software solutions. This senior role is pivotal in the management of the enterprise application portfolio, which includes clinical, digital, and corporate solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting and deploying cutting-edge technologies to enhance the services provided to both clinicians and patients.Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include the development and execution of strategic plans for the enterprise application portfolio, monitoring business KPIs for continuous improvement, managing relationships with external vendors, and leading a team of IT professionals. The role demands a leader who can foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and who is adept at communicating with executive leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, over 15 years' of experience in IT leadership, and a strong technical background in application support, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Experience in managing large-scale application support organizations, as well as with compliance frameworks such as PCI, HIPAA, and SOC 2, is essential. Healthcare experience is a plus.
