About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Facilities Management to provide critical leadership in strategic planning, management, and oversight of all facility-related functions. This includes ensuring the safety, efficiency, and maintenance of the company's facilities, transportation, and utility infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing departmental goals, best practices, and standard operating procedures, as well as for monitoring and evaluating effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements. A key aspect of the role is to collaborate with various stakeholders to support the company's institutional goals and to develop a culture of process improvement, customer service, and accountability.Applicants for the Executive Director of Facilities Management position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 7 years of management experience in a similar capacity.
