About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Facilities to provide leadership and direction for all aspects of facilities operations. This includes planning, design, construction, utilities, engineering, custodial and grounds, and facility maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of facilities, from the downtown campus to various specialized buildings, and will play a key role in the evaluation of capital projects, real estate opportunities, and the preparation of reports for senior leadership and the board of trustees. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Facilities at the company include leading facilities planning and project management, collaborating with campus leadership on master planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities. The role also involves operations management, budget development, and fostering a positive and productive working environment. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 5 years of related work experience, and a background in project planning, design, and construction. Experience in higher education and master plan development is also preferred. The Executive Director must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
