The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze situations effectively, and a strong background in organizational development, strategic planning, and staff performance management. Knowledge of school law, collective bargaining, and educational job descriptions is essential. Preferred qualifications include being a self-starter with in-depth knowledge of school operations, a passion for technology, experience with social media, and a commitment to social justice and community engagement. The Executive Director will also be involved in contract negotiation, monitoring collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance with federal and state HR regulations.
