About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director - Service Line to join their dynamic leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, dedicated to shaping and advancing the mission of the organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing the operational and clinical functions of the adult academic health center, with a focus on neurosciences and cardiovascular clinical service lines. Key responsibilities include working closely with medical directors, physicians, and system leaders to achieve established metrics, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining a fully integrated network. The Executive Director will also be involved in physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, workforce planning, and the integration of new clinical offerings.Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years' experience in program development or service line management. A clinical background, particularly with a nursing degree or certification, is ideal. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leadership, including the ability to inspire teams, problem-solve, and execute strategic initiatives. Experience in an academic setting and with mergers/acquisitions is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build effective relationships, and a commitment to promoting teamwork and diversity.
