About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a club, with a primary focus on safety, high-quality programming, and optimal service delivery for youth. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of club management, including employee supervision and development, community relationships, financial management, and facility upkeep. This role involves strategic planning to ensure that the club's environment, programs, and services effectively support the success of its members. The Executive Director will also be involved in community relations, fundraising, and representing the club's interests at both local and regional levels.Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years' of experience in program management and staff leadership, particularly in the context of youth development or a similar human services setting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to handle crises and resolve conflicts. The role requires a deep understanding of the mission and objectives of non-profit organizations, preferably with experience in a similar youth development organization. The Executive Director will be expected to work closely with diverse populations, so experience in this area is also valued. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, are necessary for this role.
