About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and manage the overall Division, with a focus on developing and executing strategic plans that align with the organization's goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for aggressively growing field campaign revenue and strengthening the Division's fundraising capacity. This role involves establishing and maintaining the necessary infrastructure and talent to achieve revenue goals, as well as ensuring full alignment with regional and Association objectives. The Executive Director will also be tasked with driving the process of recruiting and engaging a diverse volunteer leadership base, as well as managing partnerships with key organizations and individuals to maximize the company's visibility and impact.Candidates for the Executive Director position should have at least five years of leadership experience in a comparable non-profit or sales organization, a demonstrated track record in team building, and a proven ability to set and achieve aggressive goals. The role requires the ability to influence others, create a shared vision, and execute strategic plans in a complex environment. Experience with the company or a similar national voluntary health organization is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and developing staff, fostering a professional work environment, and promoting a culture of collaboration, trust, and diversity.
