Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's Transportation Institute must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of cross-disciplinary research team leadership experience, a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years, or a Doctoral degree and a minimum of 6 years. The role requires a strong academic background and eligibility for the rank of Full Professor in a relevant discipline. Candidates should have a valid U.S. driver's license and a proven track record in securing state and federal funding for research. The ideal candidate will have a national or international reputation in a transportation-related scientific discipline, a sustained record of research-based funding, and experience in technology transfer and licensing for economic development.
