About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President, Clinical Operations, and Chief Nursing Executive (EVP/CNE) to provide executive leadership for all clinical programs and clinical support services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated, and compassionate care across multiple sites. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive leadership team, the Chief of Staff, physicians, staff, and various partners to build a sustainable future and maintain the organization's values. The EVP/CNE will be responsible for strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and operational excellence, including quality and risk management, financial and utilization management, and fostering a culture of performance and professional development. A visible and inclusive leader, the EVP/CNE will champion the passion and commitment of the healthcare team to prioritize operational agility, quality, and service excellence.Applicants for the EVP/CNE position at the company must have a Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Management, or a related health science discipline, with registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. The role requires an outstanding operator with a deep understanding of acute clinical patient flow and operations, as well as experience in areas such as planning, infection control, and patient safety. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building credibility and trust with various stakeholders and leading a culture that values collaboration and empowers change. The EVP/CNE will also be expected to promote diversity and inclusivity, in line with the organization's values, and to ensure that the healthcare environment is safe for both patients and staff.
