We are in search of an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager responsible for assisting customers with their financing and insurance needs when purchasing vehicles from our auto dealership. This is a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing dealership revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Process loan applications and secure financing for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process
- Present and explain financing options and terms to customers
- Negotiate interest rates and loan terms with financial institutions
- Calculate and disclose finance charges to customers
- Prepare all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, insurance providers, and other finance professionals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficient in financing deals within an auto/rv/powersports dealership
- Excellent negotiation skills s
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
- Previous experience in dealership finance or automotive sales is highly preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
