We are looking for a FP&A Manager that will conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. This position works with multiple information systems and requires communication with various departments throughout the organization.

**Candidates MUST be local to the Houston, TX area to be considered as this is a Hybrid position

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and methodologies to align with changes in the business and economic indicators
• Identify areas of concern where trends suggest risk to the organization and strategize for a solution.
• Work with departments and operations across the company to build monthly, annual, and multi-year forecasts
• Lead annual budget process for the entire organization
• Partner with accounting on month end close activities to achieve deadlines
• Detailed variance analytics to drive understanding of the business
• Responsible for the preparation, analysis, and timely reporting of monthly financial statements to management and Executive leadership
• Prepare monthly reports for the Board of Directors
• Partner with Operations and Information Technology to align for data strategy for reporting & modeling
• Perform ad hoc reports, analysis, and special projects as requested
• Support the continuous improvement of systems and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and modeling
• CFA or CPA is preferred
• Prior experience managing resources is required
• Must be a solid communicator and be able to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to independently resolve complex problems where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Ability to exercise judgment on selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation of data for obtaining results
• Must be detail oriented with strategic vision
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel, and PowerPoint presentation skills

Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000 (plus annual bonus potential)
