NOW HIRING!!! Food Service Manager of a successful national grocery chain in the Enterprise/ Ozark area. MUST have management experience in retail, fast food, restaurant or grocery to be considered. Looking for someone with strong leadership skills. We offer excellent company-paid benefits which include vacation, holiday pay, 401 K and medical insurance.
Must be able to work some WEEKENDS & NIGHTS.!
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of food and supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff on food handling procedures and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the establishment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing food service operations
- Proficiency in quick service and fast food restaurant environments
- Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Solid background in food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service
- Ability to supervise staff effectively and ensure high-quality food service
- Premium skills in food production and cooking, enhancing overall operational efficiency
