Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers or visitors regarding Firm services, policies, and procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong event planning skills
- Experience in customer support or related roles
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Ability to provide personal assistant support to executives when required
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software applications
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus
