We are a growing property management company specializing in short term rentals. We are seeking an experienced maintenance tech to join our team! Our perfect candidate would have maintenance experience with long or short term rentals. The job consists of traveling to our short-term rentals located in Northern Colorado and completing any necessary maintenance repair tasks.

JOB SUMMARY: Perform routine preventive maintenance as well as repairs and improvements of all facilities, grounds and equipment owned by Urbanize and property owners.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: (Essential functions)

Respond to all maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call rotation duties.

• Troubleshoot and repair general home maintenance tasks.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning.
• Skilled in painting, drywall repair, window screen repair, furniture repair, appliance repair, etc.
• Develop and maintain good relations with residents by providing maintenance and repair services with courtesy and tact.
• Develop and maintain good relations with vendors, subcontractors, guests, and property owners.
• Assist with lawncare, snow removal and pool/hot tub maintenance when necessary.
• Learn and manage task management software, property management software, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, & ABILITIES:

· Basic tools and household handyman knowledge.

· Ability to work effectively with all personality types.

· Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.

· Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 60lbs of force on a frequent basis and up to 60lbs on an occasional basis.

· Driver’s license required. Company vehicle will be given to drive during business hours.

Job requirements

- Must have prior experience in Property Management Maintenance

- Must be available to be on call select weekday evenings & rotating weekends
