Floor Management and Guest Relations

• Work with managers to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Promptly report any guest issues to the Director of Operations
• Liaise between hourly and management staff to ensure each guest receives the proper level of hospitality. Go above and beyond to please all guests.
• Work with the BOH team to ensure guest satisfaction on each dish.
• Provide the BOH team with any guest feedback that you may have received.
• Ensure floor managers are remaining on the floor and admin time is reserved for non-service hour

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

The Restaurant manager must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job using a combination of skill and abilities:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields 
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.
• Experience in leadership, and supervision
• High standards in service techniques and guest service
• Strong skill in math, percentages and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to walk, stand or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing with guests employees.
• Ability to handle high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve problems
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
